Boy has it been hot this week. How do you beat the heat? I make sure I drink lots of water, eat cool foods, and of course wear suncreen. But, if I had my choice, I would go to the beach. My favorite beach spots are in Hawaii of course! But, I also like to go to Santa Cruz and Mendocino. What is your favorite way to beat the heat?
